Shipping Rates and Payment

Our shipping rates are the same for all passenger automobiles, including vehicles commonly known as station wagons, limousines, passenger vans, pick-up trucks or other small trucks. These rates do not apply to any vehicle exceeding 21'8" L x 8' W x 7' H, (for Seattle and Guam ports, please see specific qualifying dimensions below) or vehicles which have built-in accommodations for cooking or sleeping.

Payment

Payment is required when you deliver your auto to us and can be made in any of these ways:

bank or postal money order
traveler's checks
cash
credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover)

We're sorry, personal checks are not accepted.

If booking with Matson on-line, payment is required to be made by credit card in order to process the booking.

When paying by credit card at the port, the actual cardholder must be present. We will also accept payment over the telephone by credit card. Contact our customer support center at 1-800-4-MATSON
