Matson now offers expedited service with a guaranteed delivery date for
full container loads from Shanghai and Ningbo to select U.S. markets. Our
China-Long Beach Express Service comes with a guarantee option for
customers looking for fast, industry leading, reliable transit time to the U.S.
West Coast and select inland locations.
The guarantee option comes with a money-back service guarantee *
and is available for these three destination services:
- Port to Port: Shanghai and Ningbo to Long Beach. Matson offers our current fast and reliable ocean service combined with our guarantee.
- Port to Rail Yard: Shanghai and Ningbo to select U.S. markets. Matson Navigation and Matson Integrated Logistics will provide expedited transportation of ocean containers from China to select inland destinations.
- Port to Door: Shanghai and Ningbo to select U.S. markets. Matson Navigation, Matson Integrated Logistics and J.B. Hunt team up to offer a through service on a single Matson bill of lading that includes ocean and inland transportation combined with transload services in a single product.

*Matson's Guarantee
Matson will provide a guaranteed delivery date to eligible shipments moving in our China-Long Beach Express Service and tendered under the Guaranteed Expedited Service (GES) option. If a
guaranteed shipment is not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date, Matson will automatically refund the agreed upon percentage of the freight charges, excluding fuel surcharges and accessorial charges.
