A copy of your delivery receipt and/or exception form will be required to formalize your claim. You may also include any photos of the damage and any other documentation you feel will help support your claim. You may email this information to 1claims@matson.com or you may follow the directions below. Please note that all faxes will be transmitted in black and white only. Please be sure to reference your booking/bill of lading number in the subject field of all email messages.
